 About Us

            As one of the newest additions to the Souderton/Telford dining scene, Melodia Grill is a restaurant that is hitting all the right notes.

            Located next to the intersection of County Line Rd. and East Broad Street in Souderton, Melodia offers a crossroads dining experience. While proudly serving the best of contemporary American cuisine with our fresh seafood and top-of-the line, All Natural Pure Country Premium Gold Black Angus Steaks.   Melodia also specializes in European and Asian fare.  Melodia’s diversified menu is sure to have a composition that will strike a chord with each individual.  A great selection of slow-cooked Baby Back Ribs and fresh pasta dishes round out an array of food that brings metropolitan flair to this area.

            A dedication to healthy dining underscores Melodia’s approach to cooking. All of our chefs only work with 0% Transfat Oil, and strive to use as many organic or natural ingredients to ensure quality in the dishes that they prepare; Melodia also features vegetarian and wheat/gluten free entrees to present a well-balanced menu for their clientele.

            While the fantastic menu sets the tone at Melodia Grill, the atmosphere and service provide a harmony that completes your dining experience.  Soft music and warm colors invite you to relax as you enjoy a meal served by a welcoming and knowledgeable wait staff.

 About the Chef

 Master Chef: Tim Lan 

Owner/Chef Tim Lan has attended culinary school in Southern China, where the fresh ingredients and sophisticated cooking techniques are emphasized.  He has also traveled extensively to Europe, including England, France, and other parts of Asia, including Japan and Korea where he can experience first hand the Asian and European cooking from other countries.  Tim has also trained in architecture and business managment. He had managed  retail business and international trading in the past. “Tim is extremely skilled in the building trades. He has successfully  transformed Melodia Grill's 100-year-old building into a warm and sophisticated showplace that offers affordable fine dining without pretension.” (Quoted from Frank D. Quattrone, Montgomery Newspapers)  Tim is also a gourmet pastry chef who specializes in wedding cakes and French pastries.  Tim insists on using the best possible and healthy  ingredients for all his dishes and he is setting new standards for  contemporary upscale dining.
