Southern China, where fresh ingredients and sophisticated cooking
techniques are emphasized. He has also traveled extensively through
Europe and Asia, visiting England, France, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea,
where he can experience firsthand the Asian and European-style cooking
from other countries. Tim has also trained in architecture and business
management. He has managed multiple businesses and international trading
in the past.
